Since 2013, Kim and her husband Keith have built a property portfolio across the North West of the UK, consisting mainly of single lets and socially leased HMOs (houses in multiple occupation), all of which have undergone refurbishments.
The couple also have experience with residential conversions, flipping houses, buying and selling through sourcing agents, trading property through auction, working with private lenders (angel investors), finding and buying off-market properties and buying direct-to-vendor.
